II. Recently realized investment tasks:
- SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT IN CZAPLINEK
The sewage treatment plant in Czaplinek on Komunalna Street together with a main pumping station on Jeziorna Street was modernized in the years 1998 - 2000.
This is a mechanical and biological sewage treatment designed to deal with domestic wastewater.
The capacity of the sewage treatment plant - 2.268 m3/day.
- WATER INTAKE AND PROCESSING STATION ON CEGLANA STREET IN CZAPLINEK
The modernization of the water intake and processing station was finished in March 2004. Five new wells were built there.
The water processing station works in a three degree system of water pumping and a single-stage system of filtration. The work of the station is fully automated.
Efficiency of the station:
Q avg.24 h = 1800 m3/day
Q avg.year = 657.000,00 m3/year.
- RESIDENTIAL BUILDING ON STASZICA STREET 3, GREATPOETS' HOUSING ESTATE
The former kindergarten building of PGR was adapted to a multi-family building. It was ready in August 2002. 21 dwelling units were created of total utilizable area 1.072,95 m2.
Cubature of the building - 3.353,45 m3.
It is equipped with electric installation, entryphone, water-supply, sewage, gas, central heating, antenna RTV and telephone.
III. Planned investment tasks:
Sport hall with its technical and social facilities situated at elementary school, 49 Wałecka Street in Czaplinek. Mazowieckie Biuro Projektów "MAPRO" Sp. z o.o. from Płock is the author of the project.
Projected utilizable area in total - 2.247,71 m2, cubature of the object - 13.698,63 m3, area of development - 1.976,40 m2.
Rebuilding of the crossing on the 3 March Square in Czaplinek.
The conception of this rebuilding was worked out by Pracownia Projektowa Dróg i Mostów, MSc Ryszard Kowalski, 71-468 Szczecin, Sosnowa Street. 61 and was commissioned by the General Management of National Roads and Highways - North-Western Department in Szczecin.
